Banks and other lending institutions can contact us to purchase non-performing loans that they would like to remove from their books. We can transact with the lender alone (e.g., loan purchase) or we can involve the borrower in a three-way discussion where we would provide financing directly to the borrower enabling them to settle with their lender.
